Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrongly placed order, wrongly put the delivery address. Sample or sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
At My Etsuko, we quality check, and carefully package every item before dispatch. Unfortunately, My Etsuko is not responsible for any loss or damage of the product during transit with the courier.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify within 3 days of receipt through our CONTACT US page. We will then provide you with a return address and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition within 7 days of notification.
We recommend that you repackage carefully to avoid any damage during transit. We also recommend to used express post or registered post to track your products as we are not responsible for lost items during transit.
Once we have received and carefully inspected your item, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the item and provide an outcome of your refund request. If your refund request is approved, you should receive the refunded amount within 7-10 business days of our email notification.
